Frampton grills are available with three standard
chamber lengths, 610mm (24"), 915mm (36") and 1420mm (48"), and have
standard chamber widths of 530mm (21") and 700mm (27").
These grills are fitted with either a 450mm (18") or
a 600mm (24") wide stainless steel belt. The belts are available
with different link pitches and diameters to allow 'bar marking' to
suit customers requirements. Frampton patented elements are mounted
both above and below the belt. These elements have built in
temperature sensors and insulation and the temperature of the
elements can therefore be very accurately controlled from
100-750°C. Due to the efficiency of the elements
and the high quality insulation, it is possible to grill meat
products both quicker and more economically than has hitherto been
possible. By running the elements at 650°C or
higher, it is also possible to 'flame' or 'char' grill products such
as burgers or steaks. 100% 4oz burgers can be 'flame grilled' in 90
seconds.By setting the temperatures to 350°C or
lower, it is possible to use the oven as a normal grill for products
such as bacon, sausages, chicken etc. Tremendous labour saving is
possible when using a Frampton grill. No tins or trays are needed,
thus saving on washing. The product only has to be placed on the
belt at one end and either lifted off at the other end or allowed to
fall into a suitable container, therefore handling is reduced over
the traditional methods of grilling.
